Born This Way
In the last episode of Glee, the theme was acceptance of something we are self-conscious about. While performing Lady Gaga's "Born This Way", the Glee kids (as well as the teacher and the guidance counselor) wore white t-shirts with large text stating what it was about themselves they were stuck with/had trouble accepting/is out of the norm.
